Registered Agent

With our partners, we maintain a Licensed Agent with a physical in-state-office in all 50 States of the Union. Our Registered Agents are available during standard business hours. They meet all state-specific rules for recordkeeping and notice handling.

ITIN (Individual Taxpayer ID Number)

We will have all Legal Documentation ready for the new Investment Venture. However, you as our new partner, need an ITIN number to pay your personal income tax. We will fill the necessary documentation to get your ITIN.

Do I need a visa?

What is a registered agent?

A registered agent is a person or company with a physical United States address who receives legal documents.

What other working Regulations are important to run the Business?

Depending on the elected Business, there are many obligations that Rodfar Investment Group will assumed as your Managing Partner. Among them:

• We properly present Federal, State, and Local Business Taxes. Sales/use and Property Taxes, and other income related documents.

• We procure Business Permits, Working Licenses, Registrations, as well as Annual Fillings & Compliance. We review the latest fee schedule and confirm payment methods, to not miss reporting periods or missing deadlines, and much more.

• We take care of all Legal Formation Documents. We add you in an already created LLC as our Partner in the new Investment Venture. We verified that all forms are properly and fully-filled with all attachments added before submission.

Do I need United States Residency?

Residency isn’t required because your partner, RODFAR Investment Group, will run the day-to-day business operations. You can also help in the management and business decision-making remotely from abroad.

What else is needed for the Company to Start?

Depending on the elected Business:

• EIN. We will add you in an already created LLC as our Partner in the new Investment Venture.

• Bank Account and Merchant Services. We have a very good working relationship with all mayor Banks in the United States. However, we might need some additional information and documentation from you, like a notarized copy of your passport or other government‑issued ID.

• Place for Operations. Depending on the nature of the business can be Virtual or a Brick and Mortar place. We will secure a proper place of Business.
